Trainingul de Marţi din cadrul proiectului „Mesageri împotriva discriminării”, a fost unul cu adevărat special, o altă locaţie, dar aceeaşi dornici mesageri, alte jocuri, dar aceeaşi voie bună. Cu toate că locaţia a fost una atipică, mesagerii au demonstrat că indiferent de cadrul în care se desfăşoară trainingurile noastre ei se pot concentra şi putem desfăşura activităţi frumoase ignorând bruiajele din jur. Asta denotă capacitatea de concentrare şi interesul ridicat al tinerilor mesageri faţă de iniţiativele noastre.

Trainingul „Cum să te faci auzit în public!” a început cu un joculeţ simpatic, menit să dezvolte capacitatea voluntarilor de a vorbi în public fără celebrul „ăăăă”. Ei s-au descurcat foarte bine, atmosfera din jurul nostru înveselindu-se cu orice minut trecut. Următorul joc „Teatru forum”, ia pus pe tinerii noştri mesagerii în diferite ipostaze mai mult sau mai puţin plăcute, spre exemplu o echipă a trebuit să îşi imagineze şi să creeze o scenetă de teatru pe tema „În restaurant”. Situaţia era următoarea, chelnerul refuza, din ordinele şefului să servească persoane de etnie romă. Echipa trebuia să ne prezinte problema şi să găsească o rezolvare la această problemă. Voluntarii au găsit soluţii cu adevărat ingenioase, care s-au dovedit cele mai bune rezolvări în cazurile respective.
Am discutat şi despre GFest este un festival ce se va desfăşura de pe 13-15 septembrie, în parcul Copou din Iaşi. Eveniment la care asociaţia noastră va lua parte, dar pentru mai multe detalii fiţi cu ochii pe noi.

Mai jos câteva opinii ale voluntarilor care au luat parte la acest training:

Frăsilă Bianca Marina: „Eu cred că întâlnirea de azi a fost interesantă şi distractivă deoarece s-au organizat multe jocuri distractive pe tema discutată azi. Mie cel mai mult mi-a plăcut scenetele deoarece erau pe o temă pe care uneori nu ştim cum să procedăm. Asta este părerea mea despre ziua de azi.”

Andreea Dalina Pozderie: „Mi-au plăcut scenetele, cum ne au făcut să ne punem în pielea unei persoane discriminate sau a unei persoane care discriminează, mai ales discuţiile de după punerea în scenă a fiecărei situaţii tensionate, am văzut că toţi şi au exprimat părerea despre cum era mai bine să procedăm în situaţia dată. Pe finalul exerciţiului toţi ne am dat seama că cel mai important e să reacţionăm când suntem discriminaţi, să apelăm la organele sau instituţiile care ne-ar putea ajuta, să nu fim pasivi şi să începem prin acţiunile noastre să schimbăm mentalităţi, atitudini, (fără să îl fi numit noi azi am făcut un fel de forum theatre).

Bostan Iulian: „Azi chiar m-am simţit aşa de bine în aer liber, mi s-a părut mai interesant şi mi-au plăcut foarte mult joculeţele, dar cel mai interesant mi s-a părut idea de a merge la Iaşi pe 14 septembrie şi faptul că vineri o să mergem la un picnic cu copii de la Cozmeşti.”

Sabina R. Savinescu: „Întâlnirea de marţi a fost constructivă, punându-ne în diverse situaţii în care eram nevoiţi să ne punem în pielea unei persoane (fie ea discriminata sau nu). Mi-au plăcut scenetele, fiecare a putut arăta felul său de a gândi şi mi-a plăcut ideea de a participa la GFest, în toamnă. Ce nu îmi place e faptul că uneori ne luăm fiecare cu altceva şi nu ne mai concentrăm asupra lucrurilor care trebuiesc făcute sau a subiectelor ce sunt discutate la momentul respectiv. În rest, toate bune şi frumoase!”

Ştefana Măriuca: „Ce pot să zic eu despre această întâlnire: mi-a plăcut foarte mult, am văzut că toţi cei prezenţi s-au implicat şi chiar mai mult… s-au străduit să facă o treabă cât mai bună. A fost o întâlnire relaxantă între prieteni la care am învăţat lucruri foarte interesante! Vă pup pe toţi şi pe data viitoare!”

English Version

Thusday training, for “Messagers against discrimination”, was really a special one, a different location, but still the same messangers willing for anything,  different games, but the same atmospheare full with joy. Even if the location wasan’t the same as always, the messangers have shown that no matter what the background were the meeting take’s place, they can focus and we can make beautiful activities, ignoring the things that surround us.

The training “How to get heard in public!” started a fun game, willing to develop the ability of communicating in public without the famous “aaaa”. They did very good and the atmospheare that soround us  was making us feel happier with every minut that was passing by. The next game “Forum theatre”, have made our messagers to put themselves in different position, more or less pleasant, for example a team had to imagine and to create a small theatre play, with the topic “In the restaurant”. The situation was like this: the waiter refuse from the orders of his boss to serve the people that were roma. The team  had to present the problem and to find a solution to solve it. The volunteears have found very intelligent solution, that have shown to be the best solution for the cases they represented.

We discuss about GFest as well, it is a festival that will take place between 13-15 septembrie, in Copou Park in Iasi. This is the event in wich our association will take part. But for more information keep an  eye on us.

Lower we have some opinions from our voluntears that were at the meeting in that day:

Frasila Bianca Marina: “I belive that today’s  meeting was fun an interesting because many fun  games were played and especially because they were right on the main topic. I epecially loved the little plays we did it on a problem that  sometimes we don’t know how to handel it.

Andreea Dalina Pozderie: “ I liked the plays, how they made us to be in timinated and the he shoes of another person the one that is discriminated and the one that discriminates. Mostly I liked the discutions we had after the plays, because everybody saw it and , everyone express their opinion about how we should procede in that situation in which we are. At the end of the game everybody realize that the most important thing is that we have to react when we are discriminated, to  call the persons or maybe the institution that could help us, because we don’t have to stay and don nothing and to just start and try to change minds, throught our actions  and activities    (with  out any other sayings the things we did today was some kind of forum theatre).

Bostan Iulian: “Today I fell realy good, because we were out side and I tought that was very interesting, I liked the games, but I got more interested in the idea of going on 14 september in Iasi to GFest and the fact that Friday we will do a picnic with the kids from Cozmesti.

Sabina R. Savinescu: “Thusday meeating was a building one, because we had the opportunity to be in different situation  that made us to be in different shoes of different people( even if she was discriminated or not). I liked the plays, each of us could show his way of thinking, I like the idea to go and participate to GFest, in autum. What I didn’t like is that sometimes everyone starts to do something different and we are not focusing  on the things we have to do to discuss, at that time. But everything was good and nice!”

Stefana Mariuca: “ What I can say about the meeting: I liked it very much, I saw that everyone there were involved more or less..they did their best to do a good job. It was a relaxing meeting between friends, where we learned many interesting things. I kiss you all  each other next time”.
