Florea Mariana Narcisa alias Crina este voluntară noastră din 2011, este o voluntară activa şi mereu săritoare. Este veselă şi optimistă şi mereu gata să îi ajute pe cei din jurul ei. Cu copiii de la Cozmeşti este protectoare şi împărtăşeşte cu aceştia toate informaţiile pe care ea le deţine.

Dana Dănescu: De ce ai ales să fii voluntar Gipsy Eye?

Crina: Pentru că îmi place să ajut oameni nevoiaşi, îmi place foarte mult să dansez şi pentru că vreau. Să lupt alături de ceilalţi voluntari Gipsy Eye împotriva discriminării.

D.D: Care proiect la care ai luat parte ţi-a plăcut cel mai mult? Şi de ce?

C: Proiectul care mi-a plăcut cel mai mult a fost „Mesageri împotriva discriminării”, desfăşurat în 2011, deoarece l-a acest proiect au luat parte foarte mulţi tineri, atât romi cât şi ne-romi şi împreună am luptat împotriva discriminării. Practic acest proiect a constat în deplasarea mesagerilor în diferite oraşe precum: Piatra-Neamţ, Bacău, Iaşi, Bucureşti, Botoşani şi acolo am dansat şi cântat în plină stradă, practic şi teoretic aceste evenimente ar putea fi caracterizate drept Flash-mob-uri.

D.D.: De cât timp lucrezi cu copii de la Cozmeşti?

C.: Cu prichindeii de la Cozmeşti lucrez de aproximativ 10 luni de zile, am aflat despre această iniţiativă de la Ştefană şi de la Dragoş şi mi s-a părut o activitate excelenta aşa că am dorit şi eu să mă implic.

D.D.: Ce îţi place cel mai mult la Clubul „Inimi pentru Inimi”?

C.: Sunt foarte încântată că pot să ajut copii aflaţi în dificultate, iar după cele 2 ore petrecute alături de ei îmi dau seama cât de frumos este zâmbetul unui copil fericit. Ce îmi place cel mai mult, este primirea pe care ne-o oferă copii atunci când ajungem la Club, acel zâmbet şi aceea îmbrăţişare caldă pe care ne-o oferă încă de când intrăm pe poartă. Îmi place faptul că se străduiesc să înveţe mult mai multe lucruri, voinţa lor pentru acest fapt este uneori de neclintit.

D.D.: Ce greutăţi ai întâmpinat lucrând cu aceşti copiii?

C.: Uneori energia lor nu a fost atât de productivă pe cât m-aş fi aşteptat, uneori sunt greu de stăpânit şi reuşim cu greu să îi calmăm, dar cu ajutorul celorlalţi voluntari reuşim să îi liniştim şi să ne desfăşurăm în linişte activităţile.

D.D.: Cum ţi se par ceilalţi voluntari?

C.: Voluntarii de la asociaţia Gipsy Eye sunt nişte oameni drăguţi, foarte primitori, dar şi foarte hotărâţi în ceea ce vor să facă.

D.D.: Un cuvânt de încheiere?

C.: Sunt foarte norocoasă că am avut ocazia să fac parte din Asociaţia Gipsy Eye, am avut parte de activităţi minunate, am cunoscut oameni diferiţi şi am încercat să culeg cele mai bune părţi din fiecare.

Interview with Crina

Florea Mariana Narcisa or Crina is volunteer from 2011, she is a active volunteer always wanting to help. She is happy and optimistic and just ready to help the others around her. With the kids from Cozmesti she  is overprotective and shares with them all the information she has.

Dana Danescu: Why did you wanted to be volunteer at Gipsy Eye ?

Crina: Because I like to help the people in need, I like  to dance a lot , and I just like to do it. To fight against discrimination with the rest of the Gipsy Eye volunteears .

D.D: What project in which you took part liked you the most? Why?

C: The project that I liked the most was “Mesagers against discrimination”, developed in 2011 because in this project were involved lots of young people, roma ones and non-roma , and together we fought against discrimination. Mostly this project was based on some kind of campain, we went in many city’s like:  Piatra-Neamt, Bacau, Iasi, Bucuresti, Botosani, and in every city we sang and dance in open road, market, practically this kind of action can be named Flash-mob’s.

D.D: For how long you are working with the kids from Cozmesti?

C: With the little ones from Cosmesti I work for almost 10 months, I found out about this initiative from Stefana and Dragos and I thought  that is a great one and I wished to get in as well.

 

D.D: What do you like the most at “ Heart to heart club”?

C: I am very pleased that I can help those kids , in need, and after the 2 hours spend with them , I realize how beautiful is the smile of a happy child. What I like the most, is the welcoming that those kids are giving us, when we get there, that smile and a warm hug, that we are reciving from the moment we enter the gate. I like the fact that they are trying to learn  always, and sometimes their stubborn in untouchable.

D.D: What obstacles have you bump into with this kids?

C: Sometimes their energy is not that good, as I would aspect it to be, sometimes they are hard to manage and  it took’s a while to keep them stady, but with the help the volunteers we manage to calm them  and in peace to make our activity’s.

D.D: How you see the others volunteers?

 C: The volunteears from Gipsy Eye association , are nice people, very wecoming, and very termined to do the things they have  to.

D.D: A closing word?

C: I am very lucky , to be a part from the Gipsy Eye association, because I had time to do many wonderful activity’s, I have meet so many different people and I tried to take the good in everybody.
