Aujourd’hui mercredi, la matinée a débuté avec un petit quizz de culture générale et de rapidité durant lequel celui qui avait la bonne réponse devait se saisir d’un totem (ou -dans  le cas du deuxième groupe- d’une peluche poussin) pour prendre la parole. La tension était palpable et la compétition a battu son plein! Ce petit jeu a permis aux enfants de montrer toute l’étendue de leur savoir et de se détendre tous ensemble.

 

Après cette petite activité introductive, et tandis que les plus grands s’attelaient à leurs devoirs, nous avons poursuivi notre mission “fabrication de marionnettes avec les moyens du bord” avec les plus petits. En effet certaines étaient privées de bras, de pieds, voire même de têtes. Les pauvres…  

 

Nous avons donc tous ensemble remédié à ça en perfectionnant nos créations, toutes plus hautes en couleurs les unes que les autres, et nous avons pu constater l’enthousiasme et la créativité des enfants! Après cette phase de création de marionnettes ils semblent désireux d’élaborer un spectacle afin de mettre ne scène leurs nouveaux amis à qui il s’agira encore de donner des noms…

Today we started in the morning with a little general knowledge quizz which required a lot of reactivity. Indeed the child who got the right answer to the question had to grasp a totem (well actually for one of the groups the totem was a young chicken cuddly toy) in order to be able to speak aloud and give an answer. You could feel the tension and so the competition was at its heights!

After this little introductory activity, and while the teens were tackling their homeworks, we went on with the fabrication of pupets based on DIY with the smallest ones. We had noticed that some of the puppets were deprived of arms, feet and sometimes even deprived of a head. Poor things…

 

So we resolved this by perfecting the creations that were all extremely colourful, and we noticed the enthusiasm and the creativity of the kids! After this creation phase they all seem  eager to produce a show with their new puppet friends which have not been named yet!
