Aujourd’hui, Madiane, Anna et moi avons poursuivi notre travail de relooking du blog de l’association -comme vous l’aurez sûrement remarqué!-. Nous cherchons à ce que celui-ci soit plus clair et plus agréable à lire, et qu’il serve de manière plus efficace à promouvoir l’association et à faire connaître ses actions au plus grand nombre.

La matinée a aussi été l’occasion pour Dragos de réunir différents élèves de l’école dans le but de former un groupe de danse, comme l’association l’a déjà fait à plusieurs reprises dans le passé. Les huit jeunes ont donc investi une des salles de l’école et ont pratiqué quelques chorégraphies, sur des airs de musiques roms et donc sous la houlette de Dragos! Ils avaient l’air heureux et motivés durant cette séance de répétitions, j’espère donc qu’ils demeureront dans cet état d’esprit!

Avec les plus petits nous avons terminés nos maracas! Ils ont été très contents de pouvoir s’amuser avec en fin de séance, et d’avoir un accompagnement musical digne de ce nom pour leurs chansons préférées… Le public français est conquis 🙂

Cet après-midi nous avons eu cours de roumain avec Mihaela, et nous avons également préparé un peu la Journée Internationale de la Francophonie. Une manifestation en cet honneur se tiendra demain au lycée, à laquelle nous sommes conviés et pour laquelle nous préparons quelques petites choses pour les élèves et les professeurs qui participeront à la fête!

Today Anna, Madiane and I carried on remodeling the association’s website -as you have certainly noticed by now-. We are aiming at making it easier and nicer to read, and at helping us to promote the association and to communicate about our activities in a more dynamic manner and for the greatest number of people.

During the morning, Dragos was able to gather some teenagers from the school in order to form a new dance group, as Gipsy Eye already did several times before. The eight youngsters got together in one of the school rooms and exercised various choreographies with Roma music under the guidance of Dragos.  They looked happy and motivated during this rehearsal, so I hope they will keep this state of mind!

With the smaller children we finished making our maracas! They were truly glad to play with it and then to sing with it as accompaniment… The French audience was captivated 🙂

This afternoon we had Romanian class with Mihaela and we also prepared the International Francophonie Day. Tomorrow an event will take place in her school and we are invited there so we are now preparing some small things for the pupils and teachers who will attend the show!
