ONE thing is the allocation of funding for innovative educational projects, the results of these international projects can later be included into national educational policies.

PEARLS is the appreviation of such a project: Preventing Early School Leaving Through Inclusive Strategies. It is astrategic partnership in the field of school, funded by the EU-Erasmus+ programme. Nine institutions from five countries collaborate in order to tackle the challenge of early school leaving. The project partners (schools, NGOs, teacher training institutions) will implement support measures at schools for pupils at risk – by building a network with different stakeholders (i.e. communities of national minorities, associations, enterprises). Moreover the consortium will develop and implement an international teacher training course, which will be offered through Erasmus+ KA 1. It will take place from 24th to 30th of April 24 in 2017. Teachers will deepen their key competences with regard to handling the diversity among pupils in their classes, they will learn about team teaching and on how to develop their school into a learning environment.
